I would recommend booking this villa for anyone wanting to visit Saint Maarten. Rachel was a lovely host, very accommodating and responsive. The view was breath taking and the amenities were great. If I could give this stay a rating higher than 5 stars, I would!
Rachel was very responsive. When we arrived we had an issue with the ac but she immediately sent someone to check and repair it. I only mentioned this because I thought it was so nice how fast she responded. This is a beautiful home with great views. A great spot for a large groups. Thanks for having up Rachel we will definitely be back

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The property was very well maintained, and the daily landscaping made the outdoor space even more enjoyable. The host welcomed us with a complimentary alcoholic beverage, which was such a thoughtful touch. After dealing with travel issues from American Airlines, they were kind enough to offer early check-in and late checkout—something we truly appreciated.
The bathrooms had plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi was perfect throughout our stay. We felt completely safe and had no trouble communicating with the host. The views were absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb again and again!
Loved our stay here! Plenty of room for everyone and super comfortable beds and linen. The home had everything we needed and Rachel was super quick to respond. Would definitely stay again
Very clean, beautiful view, some good local restaurants. Close to other popular sights such as Bikini Beach, Ferry to Pinal Island. Enjoyed it very much. A little pricey but it was the holidays. Much more reasonable off holidays.
